My Story

Jeanne Anderson

My name is Jeanne Anderson. As a certified Life Coach, accredited with the ICF, I have over thirteen years of coaching and consulting experience with clients on health and wellness.

One of the most important things I’ve learned is that people need to be heard.  Although my coaching was focused on health and wellness, we really explored all areas of their lives because one area can influence and affect many others. I have also learned that most people know what to do and how to do it but they may not have enough encouragement or positive reinforcement to take the first steps to reach their full potential.

With a background in education and many years in Corporate America as a successful sales representative and consultant, I realized that I could be an effective coach. Through managing and frequent training of employees in my corporate career, I learned that in many instances I had to take the lead and in effect, train the trainers. I soon came to realize that being a coach is a privilege and a responsibility and it is my passion. 

Personally, I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend.  I have overcome many challenges in my personal life and watched others struggle and overcome their challenges. Every experience has taught me something. I want to help empower others to find their light and to heal themselves. Happiness means different things to different people. What does it mean for you?  You live one life.

My experiences are not your experiences. Through talking with you and asking the right questions, you will come to self realizations and become aware of your wants and needs. We will dissect obstacles and blocks that may be holding you back. At that point we will put a plan in place to achieve the small milestones that will help you reach your ultimate goal. COACHING

I help women, ages 20 and up, improve the overall health of their relationships. Whether it be with family, friends, parenting, personal, or looking for the right partner. I do this by taking you through a proven system, step-by-step.

First we start by looking at your past (Self Discovery and Awareness) and figure out who you are and who you would like to be moving forward. Next we explore Obstacles and Blocks. What’s holding you back and start changing habits. Then we will set goals and make a plan. Identifying and clarifying goals helps create actionable plans and set achievable milestones. 

Lastly, Accountability and Monitoring. Regularly checking in weekly on your progress and offering encouragement. This accountability fosters commitment, motivation, and confidence to reach set objectives and ultimately become the person you want to be.

CONSULTING

I use the same proven method as above to discover who you are and who you would like to become. Consulting involves offering advice and insight from my own past experiences and from witnessing other people’s choices and outcomes of what may work and what may not.  Offering direction.

Life Coaching vs Therapy

Therapy often involves exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote healing, self-awareness, and improved coping mechanisms. Therapists use various techniques and interventions, tailored to the individual’s needs, to help manage mental health conditions, reduce anxiety or depression, improve relationships, and enhance overall mental well-being.
